I write to pass on some positive feedback for Eugene Lee. Eugene has been my sales representative for two orders so far: 150 pieces of a Shakespeare pin, and 7 x 150 pieces (1,050) of Sailor Moon pins. He has been absolutely excellent to work with: he is prompt with responding, very helpful and patient, detailed in his work, and checked on the quality of my pins. So far I've sorted through 500 pins, and the flaw rate is 16%, most of which are minor flaws.

Overall, I am very happy with Eugene and am working with him on another pin design. I anticipate I will choose Eugene and your company for all my future pin productions.
